Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at harvey66888@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable. We will respond with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
